Our company Taiga is a manufacturer of log homes. We have been building log cabins since 1989, and our log cabins are sold both in the Russian market and are supplied to other countries (primarily the EU). In 1991 we were the first wood houses company to export log cabins in the traditional Karelian style to Europe - for example to Sweden, Germany, Austria, Norway, France, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, etc.
We supply prefabricated kits and send our teams of highly professional carpenters to assemble log houses on our customers' building sites. Some of our finished log houses can be seen in Russia, on demonstration sites in Germany and Austria, as well as on customers' own plots in the above mentioned countries.
Our logs have a special tongue and groove profile which creates the best thermal insulation for the walls of the house.
The diameter of wall logs can be 200 and 230 mm. We also have a special offer (know-how) - 2x200 mm double outside walls, which meet the world's most stringent standards for warm insulation of house walls (the system insulation effect is equivalent to solid timber, which is more than 100 cm thick).
We produce a wide range of houses types - sauna houses, summer houses, residential houses, camping and summer houses, cafés and restaurants, as well as beautiful log churches.
We do not only offer the building of big houses but also summer houses from 40 m2 to 120 m2.
You can see various types of houses on our website, but we also often produce log houses according to clients projects or scetches. In our production programme most of produced houses are of this type. You can send us a simple drawing with the measurements and the basic idea of your house and we will transform it into a finished project with beautiful graphic 3D drawings that will present your future house at its best. In the final design phase before the house is built we can also create a 3D model and video for you to view your home from all angles.

Our company is constantly working on innovations in construction and warminsulation. Therefore, in addition to the unique log home solution of double walls, we have developed an alternative, simpler and cheaper technology for insulating of outside walls - the sliding wall warminsulation.
How to order a log house from our company?
To start the conversation, please send us your drawings or ideas for your house. We will send you an price offer. If you are interested in the offer, we will develop a design for you, with beautiful 3D graphics. You will get a complete picture of your dream house with lots of details.
Once all the details have been agreed upon, we will give you a final price of the house and send you the text of the contract. If you specify a building site location, than we can also calculate the delivery cost. The house will be delivered in packages that are easy to transport and unload. Than `ll be sighned the contract with payment terms. We `ll manufacture the set of your log house in our production facility nesr St.Petersburg, arrange delivery, send team of carpenters and assemble the house on your building site. That's it - your dream home is ready!
